What raberu stores

When you create an account, raberu keeps the basics needed to recognize you and open your workspace: your email address, display name, sign-in provider, chosen color palette, and onboarding status. Purchase records can also identify the Terms version presented by Stripe Checkout. If you try or use a Print Pass redemption code, raberu keeps attempt counters and a redemption record tied to your account to enforce code limits and prevent misuse. Gift-code records identify the administrator account that created them and can include the short operational note that administrator chooses to add.

Projects can include label text, templates, uploaded images, print settings, and other design choices. A compact copy of the first label can be kept with the project's summary so Recent Projects can show the saved design without loading the full project. Large uploaded images are not duplicated into that summary. Account projects are stored with your raberu account. Guest drafts and preferences stay in browser storage on the device where you made them unless you choose to copy them into an account. Cloud images are stored as private project assets and reused by saved project revisions instead of being copied into every revision. Named printer profiles and their alignment corrections also sync with a signed-in account.

Hosting, sign-in, storage, and security systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, authentication events, error details, and service identifiers. raberu does not use this information for cross-site advertising.

If you submit the raberu for schools inquiry form, raberu receives the contact name, optional role, email address, phone number, organization name, collaboration platform, approximate staff count, how you heard about raberu, and any optional note you provide.

What it is used for

• Sign you in and keep your workspace tied to the right account.
• Save projects, templates, uploads, and account preferences.
• Create previews and printable label sheets.
• Track free print jobs, confirm 30-Day Print Pass purchases or redemptions, and keep printing available for the promised period.
• Send verification codes and other account messages.
• Respond to raberu for schools inquiries and evaluate what a school, district, or organization needs from the program.
• Investigate errors, misuse, or security problems.
• Understand the aggregate path from a landing-page visit to designing, saving, printing, redemption, and purchase so raberu can improve the product.

First-party product analytics

raberu sends a fixed milestone name to a raberu-owned Amazon Web Services endpoint when this browser views the landing page, chooses Start designing, opens a template, makes the first meaningful edit in an open design, attempts to save, or attempts a final print or PDF. The endpoint does not accept page text, project names, label contents, uploads, email addresses, redemption codes, free-form properties, or browser-generated visitor identifiers.

Hourly and daily aggregate counters are kept for 365 days and then expire automatically through Amazon DynamoDB time-to-live deletion. The protected dashboard offers 1-hour, 1-day, 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and 180-day comparisons. It also counts account creation directly from Cognito registration dates and records completed print jobs, successful Print Pass redemptions, and completed purchases from the existing authoritative server workflows. These analytics do not treat hosting requests as people and do not attempt to identify unique visitors.

To limit automated abuse, the ingestion service converts the request IP address into a keyed, daily rotating digest. The raw address is not stored in the analytics table. The digest and its short-window request count expire after one hour and are used only to enforce the analytics rate limit. Standard AWS service logs may still process network and request information under the security practices described elsewhere in this notice.

raberu uses this limited first-party measurement for the legitimate interest of understanding and improving its own product, not advertising or cross-site tracking. It does not require a separate advertising consent banner. raberu honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these optional browser events and provides the device-level choice below. Turning analytics off does not disable account creation, print accounting, redemption, purchase fulfillment, security logging, or other records needed to provide a requested service.

Services raberu relies on

Amazon Web Services provides raberu's sign-in, cloud storage, hosting, and account email systems. If you choose Google or Microsoft to sign in, that provider handles the sign-in request and shares the account details you approve, usually your name and email address.

If you choose to buy a 30-Day Print Pass, Stripe hosts the checkout and receives the contact, billing, payment, device, and transaction information needed to process the payment, prevent fraud, issue a receipt, and meet financial or legal obligations. raberu does not receive or store your full card number. raberu stores your free-print count, pass expiration, Stripe customer reference, and fulfilled Checkout Session references so access can be granted once and restored reliably.

If you choose to send an error report, raberu prepares an email containing the time, current page path, browser and device description, error message, and technical stack trace. It does not automatically include project text, uploaded images, your account email, passwords, or sign-in codes. Nothing is transmitted until you review and send the email. Your email provider, Forward Email, and raberu's support mailbox provider receive the message so the problem can be investigated.

The form does not add you to a marketing list. To limit automated abuse, the endpoint converts the request IP address into a keyed, daily rotating digest. It does not store the raw address or the inquiry contents in the rate-limit table, and the digest and request count expire after one hour.

These providers can process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Their contractual and legal transfer safeguards apply when required. raberu does not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated before the new use begins.

Legal reasons for processing

Where data-protection law requires a stated legal basis, raberu processes account and workspace information to provide the service you request, processes security and reliability information for legitimate interests in protecting raberu and its users, keeps payment or dispute records to meet legal obligations and establish legal claims, and relies on consent for optional marketing messages where consent is required. You can withdraw optional marketing consent without affecting account or workspace service.

Payments and print allowances

Payment processing is optional and begins only when you choose to open Stripe Checkout. It is necessary to complete the 30-Day Print Pass purchase you request, so raberu does not load Stripe as an advertising tracker or ask for separate tracking consent. You can decline or close Checkout and continue editing and saving projects without purchasing.

An operator-issued redemption code can grant a free 30-Day Print Pass without sharing the code with Stripe. raberu stores a protected digest instead of the raw code, the policy and use count, the accounts that redeemed it, and short-window attempt counts used to limit guessing. These records are processed by raberu on Amazon Web Services to grant access and prevent duplicate or abusive redemption.

Global Privacy Control and advertising opt-outs do not disable account security, free-print accounting, or a checkout you request because those functions are used to provide the service rather than for cross-site advertising. raberu does not use payment information to build advertising profiles.

Stripe retains payment information according to its own privacy notice and the financial, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements that apply to it. raberu keeps print allowance and transaction references while needed to provide access, handle refunds or disputes, secure the service, and meet recordkeeping obligations. An account deletion request may not remove transaction records that must be retained for those purposes.

Children

raberu is intended for people who are at least 13 years old and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13 or submit a child's personal information without contacting support first. If raberu learns that an account collected personal information from a child under 13 without required parental authorization, raberu will remove it.

Cookies and device storage

raberu does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. It does use browser storage and sign-in technologies to keep the service working, remember choices you make, and restore your work.

IndexedDB device storage holds guest drafts and custom templates so the editor can survive a reload and carry a design through account creation or sign-in. Guest drafts can contain label text, local design settings, and images you add. Imported spreadsheet workbooks are kept in temporary page memory and are not included in the saved guest draft. Smaller browser storage entries hold the guest identifier, recent workspace state, Sets you create, and settings such as your color palette, motion preference, preview choice, placeholder visibility, and last-used printer profile. A Set can include its name, optional mailing address, purpose, colors, type style, visual direction, and a compact copy of a logo you add. Sets stay on that device until you delete them or clear raberu's browser data. Guest drafts also stay on that device until you delete them or clear raberu's browser data. When you choose to copy browser work into an account, the browser copy remains until you delete it or clear site data.

When a guest chooses Save, Print, or PDF and starts authentication, raberu temporarily stores the intended action, whether the output is an alignment test, whether the guest asked to redeem a gift code after sign-in, the guest draft ID, a raberu workspace return path, the time the request began, and, for a finished Print or PDF, a random print-claim ID. This record contains no redemption code, identity token, password, sign-in code, or spreadsheet workbook. It is removed when the action resumes successfully or when you close the account prompt. It may remain after an interrupted provider redirect until the action resumes or you clear site data. The print-claim ID lets raberu retry without counting the same intended print twice.

This browser storage is necessary to provide guest editing, restore work, and remember service choices. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, so Global Privacy Control does not disable it and separate advertising consent is not required. You can avoid or remove it by leaving before editing, deleting guest drafts, or clearing raberu's site data. Blocking browser storage can limit draft restoration, but raberu does not require an account merely to leave the editor.

Sign-in also keeps technical session information on the device so raberu can recognize an authenticated account. For signed-in accounts, the saved account profile and cloud workspace remain the source of truth for account-backed information. A small local copy of some preferences may be used while sign-in finishes.

Camera-assisted print alignment

If you choose camera-assisted alignment, the photo of your printed test sheet is processed inside the browser on your phone. The photo is not uploaded to raberu or Amazon Web Services.

The phone creates a short result code containing the suggested horizontal and vertical correction, a confidence level, and whether the page appears to have been scaled. After you enter the code on your computer and approve the suggestion, raberu saves the named printer correction in browser storage and, when you are signed in, with your raberu account. The last-used printer remains specific to each device. The photo remains only in the phone page's temporary memory and is removed when you close or reload that page.

Email

Account emails cover things such as verification and one-time sign-in codes. Product news will only be sent if you choose to receive it, and those messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can change your display name and appearance from Settings, download a portable copy of your profile, projects, templates, and print-access summary, or permanently delete your cloud workspace and sign-in from Settings.

You can also contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection rights available under the law where you live. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed. If applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Rights are not absolute, and some transaction, security, or legal-claim records may need to be retained.

Retention and security

Account profiles, projects, templates, and uploads are kept while the account remains active. Using Delete account removes active cloud workspace data and sign-in access. Provider backups and deletion queues can take additional time to expire. Transaction references, redemption and attempt records, refund and dispute records, security logs, and legal-claim information are kept only for the period required by the applicable purpose, provider settings, and legal obligations.

Error-report emails are used only to investigate and fix the reported problem and are deleted within 90 days after the issue is resolved, unless they must be retained longer for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. Signed-in workspaces use account-based access controls. No online service can promise perfect security, but access is limited to what the product needs to work.

Schools inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, evaluate or follow up on the requested program, prevent abuse, and meet security or legal requirements. Provider backup and deletion schedules can take additional time to complete.

Changes to this notice

If the way raberu handles information changes in a meaningful way, this page and its effective date will be updated.
