A few ground rules.

Using raberu

raberu provides tools for designing, filling, saving, and printing labels. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter this agreement, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you. Use the service lawfully, respect other people, and do not interfere with the service or try to access work that is not yours.

Your account

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in provider secure. Contact support if you think someone else has used your account.

Your work stays yours

You keep ownership of the label text, project data, templates, and images you bring to raberu. You allow raberu to process and store that material only as needed to run and protect the service.

Make sure you have permission to use anything you upload and that your finished labels meet the rules that apply to your product, workplace, event, or industry.

Check before you print

Review the words, measurements, barcode or QR values, paper size, and printer alignment before using a finished sheet. Previews and test sheets help, but raberu cannot control the printer, paper, ink, or settings on your device.

Free print jobs and the 30-Day Print Pass

A signed-in account receives three free final print jobs. A final browser print or PDF download counts as one job; plain-paper alignment tests do not. Creating, editing, and saving projects can remain available after the free allowance is used.

The introductory 30-Day Print Pass is currently offered only to customers located in the United States. It is a one-time $4.99 USD purchase, plus any tax shown at Checkout, that unlocks unlimited final printing for 30 days after payment is confirmed. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Stripe processes the payment and may apply its own payment-method requirements.

raberu may issue free redemption codes with stated or internal eligibility, expiration, audience, and use limits. A valid code grants one account a 30-Day Print Pass when redemption succeeds. Codes have no cash value, cannot be stacked with an active pass, and may be disabled before use if they are distributed outside their intended audience or affected by misuse.

Except where the law requires otherwise, a 30-Day Print Pass is considered delivered when paid printing is activated. Contact support promptly if payment succeeds but access is not granted or the service prevents use of the pass.

Ending an account

You can download your workspace data or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes the active cloud workspace and sign-in. Transaction, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-claim records may remain where reasonably required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Things that are not allowed

• Breaking into, probing, or bypassing raberu's security or account controls.
• Using raberu for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
• Running automated activity that damages the service or makes it harder for other people to use.

Preview availability

raberu is still a preview. Features can change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. It is provided as available, without promises that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent allowed by law, raberu is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the service.

Changes and account access

These terms may change as raberu develops. The effective date will change, and additional notice will be provided when a change materially affects existing accounts or purchases. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to protect the service, follow the law, or respond to serious misuse.
